咖哩雞柳

收工返到樓下正諗緊今晚果餐同聽日果餐食意粉定炒米好之際…..竟然轉左軚煮咖哩~

材料 (2人份)

雞髀 1隻
甘筍 1條
薯仔 1個
青椒 半個
乾蔥 1個  (因為屋企無洋蔥所以用乾蔥)

調味
咖哩醬 2TBSP
水 200ML
蒜蓉 1TSP

做法
1) 雞髀拆肉, 用雞粉, 糖, 麻油, 醃半小時
2) 甘筍, 薯仔, 青椒, 乾蔥,切粒
3)  燒熱少少油爆香蒜蓉乾蔥, 然後將所有材料一齊落鑊炒至雞柳熟
4) 加入咖哩醬及水冚蓋煮滾, 食得!

今次用左李錦記咖哩醬, 雖然都好味!但都係田師傅香D~
