少油星洲炒米

好鍾意食炒粉麵飯, 不過出街食一碟D 油多到好似撈麵咁, 而且食個炒野加野飲都幾十蚊…

幾十蚊夠我整黎2個人食喇~都係學下自己整啦, 原來都好易架咋


材料
新竹米粉 3個
蝦 (鍾意食幾多就加幾多)
叉燒 (我買左$20)
雞蛋 (2個)
青椒 (半個切絲)
洋蔥 (半個切絲)
蒜蓉 (1 tsp)

調味
咖哩粉 (2 tbsp)
鹽 (2 tsp)

做法
1) 先將米粉淥熟, 隔乾水備用
2) 雞蛋拌勻, 煎熟切絲
3) 爆香蒜蓉, 加入青椒洋蔥炒至洋蔥軟身及透明
4) 加入蝦炒至熟
5) 加入叉燒雞蛋及米粉, 調味料一齊炒均, 搞掂!
