蘑菇芝士扁意粉

罐頭餐系列之意粉
















材料
扁意粉 200克
罐頭切片蘑菇 1罐
洋蔥 半個
芝士 2片(我用左車打同pizza 各一)
忌廉蘑菇湯 1罐

做法
1) 煲滾水, 加2tbsp 鹽煮熟意粉, 隔乾水備用
2) 燒熱少少油炒香洋蔥, 然後落蘑菇炒香
3) 將忌廉蘑菇湯加入大半罐水煮熱
4) 加入意粉煮至吸收哂d 湯
*5) 鋪上切條的芝士, 放入焗爐用200度焗3-5 分鐘至芝士微焦, 洒上香草~食得!

步驟5 如果嫌煩或唔想要芝士可省去, 煮到步驟4可以上碟架喇
