足料碗仔翅V


1) 木耳, 冬菇, 雞柳

2) 粉絲1個浸軟
3) 清雞湯 500ml + 一飯碗水
做法 
1) 冬菇, 木耳浸軟切絲 
2) 雞柳係咁易用雞粉, 生粉, 胡椒醃一陣, 之後切絲備用 
3) 粉絲浸軟後切開三段 
4) 以上所有材料(連同清雞湯+水) 放入煲中直至煲滾 
5) 加入2 茶匙生粉溝水, 半湯匙老抽調色, 最後打蛋拌成蛋花食得~

因為清雞湯己經有味, 所以唔駛再落任何調味架喇 
如果鍾意可以加埋鯪魚肉, 整孖溝
