芝士焗西蘭花


材料
西蘭花    1棵
忌廉雞湯    1罐
車打芝士    1片

做法
1) 西蘭花切小棵用鹽水洗乾淨, 灼到半熟撈起瀝乾水
2) 倒半罐忌廉雞湯焗入焗盤, 再鋪上西蘭花, 再將餘下忌廉雞湯均衡鋪滿至蓋過面
3) 加入芝士, 用180度焗20分鐘
