冰糖燉雙雪

天氣乾燥, 最啱整返個潤下喉! 

材料
雪耳 1個
棗 10粒
南杏 10粒
龍眼肉 10粒
雪梨 2個
冰糖 3大舊


做法
1) 洗乾淨所有材料, 放入煲內加水至剛蓋過材料
2) 細火煲到滾, 之後蓋蓋煲多5分鐘
3) 放入真空煲內膽3小時, 搞掂!
