酸辣湯

材料:
清雞湯 1L
冬菇 10粒
罐頭冬筍 1罐 (其實太多)
瘦肉 適量
滑豆腐 1舊

*如果鍾意的話可以加豬紅, 不過我唔食所以無落到

調味:
辣豆辦醬 2湯匙
鎮江醋(黑色) 1湯匙
浙醋(紅色) 3湯匙

獻:
生粉 2湯匙
水 2湯匙

**鍾意辣d 可以加多d 辣豆辦醬, 鍾意酸d 可以加多d 浙醋(紅色)

做法:
1) 所有材料切絲, 然後加入清雞湯煮滾
2) 煮滾後加入調味, 勾獻, 加入蛋花, 食得~
