紅酒燉牛肋條

材枓: 
薯仔 1 個
甘筍 1條
蕃茄 3個
西芹 半棵
洋蔥 1個
白磨菇 幾粒
牛肋條 1 pack
調味: 
清雞湯 250ml
月桂葉 3片
紅酒 200ml
蒜蓉 1茶匙
做法: 
1) 牛肋條洗淨出水, 抹乾

2) 用1湯匙牛油煎牛肋條至四面金黃, 撈起備用

3) 放入洋蔥蒜蓉炒香至軟身, 再放入牛肋條

4)加入紅酒及雞湯煮滾

5) 所有蔬菜放入, 用細火炆1小時
