牛奶布甸

材料:
牛奶 1L
忌廉 200ml
砂糖 100g
魚膠片 20g

做法:
1) 牛奶加入砂糖用最細火煲熱至熔化
2) 魚膠片用水浸軟, 用熱水座熔至液化
3) 將忌廉及魚膠液倒入牛奶內拌均, 放涼之後放雪櫃至凝固
