蕃茄磨菇肉醬意粉

材料:

免治牛肉 1盒
白磨菇 10粒
意粉 300g
洋蔥 半個
意粉醬 1罐
水 250ml

醃料:
paprika 1 tsp
黃薑粉 1tsp
胡椒粉 1tsp
蒜鹽 1tsp
麻油 1tsp

做法:
1) 洋蔥, 磨菇切片, 牛肉用醃料醃15分鐘

加1tsp 鹽, 跟包裝袋指示時間減1分鐘烚熟意粉

2) 洋蔥磨菇炒至軟身

3) 加入牛肉炒熟

4) 加入意粉醬拌炒一陣, 再加入水煮滾

5) 加入意粉拌炒至收汁
