咖哩牛肋條

材料:
牛肋條 1包
甘筍 2條
薯仔 2個
青椒 1個
洋蔥 1個

調味:
咖哩粉 1茶匙
黃薑粉 1茶匙
咖哩醬 2湯匙
水 500ml
椰奶 1小罐

做法:

1) 牛肋條解凍, 加幾片薑出水後撈起, 用清水沖先多餘肥油後盛起備用

2) 炒香青椒洋蔥

3) 加入牛肋條及黃薑粉炒香, 之後加入薯仔甘筍

4) 加水至略蓋過材料後, 蓋上煲蓋細火炆30分鐘

5) 加入咖哩醬煮後再煑15分鐘, 最後加入椰漿煮滾就得架喇~
