皮蛋肉碎粥

最鍾意用真空煲煲粥, 完全唔駛擔心滾瀉同痴底, 放哂d 料入去等就食得咯~

材料

  • 肉碎, 用1茶匙雞粉及胡椒粉醃30分鐘
  • 皮蛋2隻
  • 米一杯, 清水浸30分鐘
  • 薑數片
  • 蔥花少量
做法

1) 10杯水煲滾, 放入肉碎煮2分鐘, 然後隔起浮面白泡

2) 加入薑片同煮5分鐘後撈起, 然後加入白米煮滾後放回真空煲內膽1個鐘就食得喇~
