黃耳燉鮮奶

材料
黃耳 6粒
紅棗 6粒
鮮奶 500ml
水 300ml
冰糖 2小塊 (視乎個人口味啦~)

做法

1) 黃耳浸過夜, 剪走黑色部分後剪碎, 所有材料入盎內

2) 隔水燉2小時, 食得
