意粉 300g
煙肉粒 100g
洋蔥 半個
忌廉 100ml
蛋黃 2個
巴馬臣芝士碎 3湯匙

做法

1) 唔駛落油, 炒煙肉直至出油

2) 加入洋蔥炒至透明

3) 加入意粉炒均

4) 加入忌廉及芝士碎煮至芝士溶化

5) 熄火加入蛋黃拌均
