蜜糖芥茉烤雞扒 (簡易改良版)

材料
去骨雞脾 4件
洋蔥 1/4 個
磨菇 5粒
甘筍 1條
薯仔 1個

醃料
黑椒 2茶匙
蒜鹽 2茶匙

調味
rosemary 1茶匙
蜜糖芥茉醬 2湯匙

做法
1) 雞扒洗淨索乾水份, 用黑椒蒜鹽醃 2小時

2) 蔬菜切好, 用少少鹽調味

3) 醃好的雞扒鋪上蔬菜面, 均勻搽上蜜糖芥茉醬及灑上rosemary, 放入預熱220度焗爐焗20分鐘
