蒜芯炒牛肉

淡淡蒜香味既菜,又有益又好味

材料
蒜芯 1斤
牛肉 1pack 
蒜頭 2瓣(切片)

醃料
胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
麻油 1/2 茶匙
雞粉 1/2 茶匙

芡汁
蠔油 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
水 3湯匙

做法

1) 蒜芯切段後用水灼2分鐘撈起 (不用全熟)

2) 爆香蒜頭

3) 炒熟牛肉

4) 加入蒜芯炒至牛肉全熟

5) 加入芡汁煮到杰身, 食得!
