菜乾蠔士燒豬骨粥

10蚊一份燒豬骨, 其實都仲有好多肉
加埋菜乾蠔士用黎煲粥, 又好味又下火

材料
菜乾 1/2紮
蠔士 5粒
燒豬骨 1份
米 1mug
水 10mug

做法

1) 菜乾蠔士用清水浸軟後洗乾乾淨沙粒, 切碎

2) 米粒洗好後加1茶匙油撈勻,加水浸半個鐘

3) 燒豬骨飛水

4) 所有材料落水煮滾後加入白米, 細火煲2個鐘
