蕃茄雞肉飯


材料
洋蔥 1/4 個
青椒 1/4 個
雞柳 2條
薯仔 1個
日式蕃茄醬磚 2塊


醃料
胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
麻油 1/2 茶匙
雞汁 1/2 茶匙

做法

1) 雞柳洗乾淨後用廚房紙印乾水份, 切塊備用

2) 用醃料醃雞肉15分鐘

3) 洋蔥, 青椒, 著仔切粒備用

4) 炒香洋蔥青椒

5) 加入薯仔先炒一陣

6) 加入雞肉炒熟

7) 加入一飯碗水煮滚

8) 加入蕃茄醬磚煮溶至杰身, 食得!
