蕃茄炒蛋

每個家庭都有自己口味既蕃茄炒蛋, 我就鍾意落洋蔥

材料
蕃茄 2個
洋蔥 1/4 個
雞蛋 2隻

調味
(1)
雞汁 1/2 茶匙
麻油 1/2 茶匙
胡椒粉 1/4 茶匙

(2)
茄汁 1湯匙
水 1湯匙

做法

1) 蕃茄, 洋蔥切粒, 雞蛋用調味(1) 撈勻

2) 炒好雞蛋盛起備用

3) 炒香洋蔥至軟身

4) 加入蕃茄

5) 蕃茄煮熟後會有汁, 所以唔駛加太多水

6) 加入茄汁及水拌勻

7) 雞蛋回鍋拌勻, 食得~
