芝士雞肉大磨菇

大磨菇(Portobello Mushroom) 厚肉又多汁!最啱要黎焗架喇~

只要面頭係芝士, 中間配咩饀都夾到

材料

大磨菇 2個
雞柳 2條 (好似太多)
青椒 1/4個
洋蔥 1/4個
芝士碎 適量

醃料

胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
雞汁 1/2 茶匙
麻油 1/2 茶匙

做法

1 ) 洋蔥青椒切粒, 雞柳醃15分鐘備用

2) 炒香洋蔥青椒

3) 加入雞柳炒熟

4)釀入大磨菇

5) 鋪上芝士放入己預熱180°C 焗爐焗25分鐘
