茄汁焗芝士肉丸

[自己肉丸自己做] 由新鮮肉碎搓成肉丸, 非常之有滿足感!同平時食開既方便急凍野真係好唔同, juicy!

材料

豬肉, 牛肉 共700g
洋蔥 (切到好碎) 1/4 個
麵包糠 20g
1茶匙
蒜粉 1茶匙
黑椒 1茶匙
雞蛋 1隻
parsley (切到好碎) 10g
芝士(肉丸內餡, 切粒) 10g
蕃茄汁意粉醬 1罐

做法

1) 所有材料(除芝士外) 倒入一大碗內搓到起膠
2) 起膠後搓成丸狀
3) 釀入芝士, 小心包好避免露餡
4) 肉丸同肉丸間預留空間(避免互相接觸到)平放焗碟上
5) 倒入已經調好味的意粉醬, 放入已預250°C 焗爐內焗25分鐘
