滑蛋牛肉飯

親子丼變奏版, 用肥牛唔駛預先醃肉, 可以更快更方便開飯啦!!

材料

火鍋肥牛 1碟
洋蔥 1/4 個 (切絲)
京蔥 1條 (切段)
1湯匙
雞蛋 4隻 (打均)
味醂 2湯匙
鰹魚汁 3湯匙
100ml

做法

1) 除雞蛋及牛肉外, 所有材料倒入煲內煮滾

2) 汁煮滾後加入肥牛煮熟

3) 倒入雞蛋(不要拌), 直至半熟後蓋上鍋蓋熄火用鍋子餘溫悶熟, 淋上飯面即成!
