青瓜絲沙律

青瓜絲配煮過既蕃茄汁, 清新得黎又好味!

材料

青瓜 1條 (刨絲)
蕃茄 1個 (用攪拌器打成蓉/ 切細粒)
洋蔥 1/4 個(切絲)
1茶匙
蒜蓉 1/2茶匙

做法

1) 爆香蒜容

2) 加入洋蔥略炒

3) 加入蕃茄蓉煮滾後放糖調味, 放涼後淋上青絲~

注意:汁煮好後要放涼, 唔可以太熱淋上青瓜絲, 否則會出水影響口感/青瓜絲同蕃茄汁雪凍, 食果陣先淋口感會更好
