南瓜忌廉湯

唔用雞湯唔落麵粉, 唔駛預先蒸熟炒香~ 用最天然既材料都做到幼滑濃厚好味道!

南瓜 1/4個

蕃茄 1個

薯仔 1個

洋蔥 1/4 個

水 300ml

忌廉 3湯匙

做法

1) 以上材料(除忌廉外)用攪拌機打成蓉, 煮滾

2) 煮滾後按自己喜歡的濃稠程度加入適量清水及鹽調味

3) 調好味後加入忌廉煮至幼滑
