自家鮮豆漿

真正無添加無防腐劑, 唔駛豆漿機都好易整

材料
黃豆 半斤
冰糖 
水 
*魚湯袋 1個

做法

1) 黃豆預早一晚洗乾淨, 用清水浸過夜

2) 浸好的黃豆加入適量水放入攪拌機打爛

3) 打成奶昔狀

4) 倒入魚湯袋內搾出豆漿

5) 好辛苦搾出黎的!

6) 魚湯袋內己搾乾的豆渣再放入攪拌機內加水攪拌, 再隔渣 (我總共做左三次, 手軟了!)

7) 完成最辛苦的隔渣工夫後, 得出既豆漿按個人口味加入糖, 之後用慢火煮滾 **豆漿係極容易滾瀉, 最好睇住佢滾起唔好行開**
