冬菇雞粥

走捷俓用左白飯同現成鹽焗雞煲粥, 1個鐘左右就食得喇~

材料

白飯 1碗
冬菇 數粒
鹽焗雞 半隻
1公升(或更多)

做法

1) 冬菇浸軟切粒

2) 先煲滾水, 之後倒入白飯及冬菇粒攪拌以防黏底, 用最細火煲45分鐘, 期間不時開蓋攪拌IMG_2679

3) 白飯變成粥後, 倒入鹽焗雞煲多15分鐘IMG_2680

ps:

因為低估左一碗飯煲成粥原來都有3-4碗, 所以期間要換煲先夠位加鹽焗雞

鹽焗雞己有咸味, 所以唔駛再額外加鹽
