XO醬雞柳炒雜菇

簡單易整既屋企餸~加入XO醬開胃又惹味!

材料 醃料 調味料
雞脾 (1隻) 蒜粉 1茶匙 XO醬 1湯匙
蜜糖豆 約100g 蒜鹽 1茶匙 蒜蓉 1茶匙
秀珍菇 約100g 胡椒粉 1/2 荼匙 紹興酒 1茶匙
磨菇 8柆 麻油 1茶匙

做法

1) 蜜糖豆揻走梗, 菇類洗乾淨後瀝乾, 磨菇切片

2) 雞脾起肉去皮去肥後洗乾淨, 索乾水份切成雞柳, IMG_2776

3) 雞柳用醃料醃30分鐘IMG_2778

4) 用1-2茶匙油爆香蒜蓉IMG_2788

5) 將雞柳炒至七成熟後倒入紹興酒用再炒至全熟, 盛起備用IMG_2790

6) 加入菇類炒至軟身及出水(水份太多的話倒走唔要)IMG_2791

7) 加入蜜糖豆炒熟IMG_2792

8) 加入xo醬拌炒一陣IMG_2793

9) 雞柳回鑊再炒熱, 食得!IMG_2794
