黑糖椰汁年糕

新年點可以無年糕?我鍾意唔放雪櫃就咁攤凍食, 煙煙韌韌好正!

材料

(14cm 焗盤份量)

糯米粉 200g
澄麵 50g
椰漿 200ml
100ml
黑糖 100g
椰子油 1湯匙

做法

1) 先用小火將水煮溶黑糖,  (不要煲滾, 夠熱溶糖就得)IMG_3080

2) 黑糖完全溶化後熄火, 倒入椰漿及椰子油拌勻IMG_3082

3) 糯米粉及澄麵過篩IMG_3085

4) 分4次加入黑糖水, 拌勻至無粉粒幼滑粉漿

5) 粉漿過篩2次IMG_3089

6) 倒入已掃油容器內蒸1小時, IMG_3090
