薯仔餅乾

外脆內軟既健康小食~材料同步驟都好簡單, 你都試下整啦?

材料

(約30塊)

低筋麵粉 200g
薯仔 200g
10g
蒜鹽 3g
無鹽牛油 45g

做法

1) 牛油隔熱水座溶

2) 薯仔去皮切細粒, 烚熟後用叉壓成薯蓉IMG_3215

3) 糖,蒜鹽及麵粉過篩加入薯蓉內IMG_3217

4) 最後加入牛油IMG_3218

5) 搓成粉團IMG_3219

6) 粉團桿成0.5 cm厚(大約啦~) 用刀切成長方型/ 按個人喜好用曲奇模造型IMG_3220

7) 餅面用叉戳洞, 放入己預熱170°C 焗爐焗20分鐘IMG_3221
