APPLE CRUMBLE

蘋果放得太耐變粉果, 只要30分鐘同埋簡單材料就可以將佢變做好好食既apple crumble!配埋雪糕食就更正啦~

材料
(2人份)

蘋果 金寶
蘋果 1個 (切細粒) 低筋麵粉 50g
無鹽牛油 15g 砂糖 30g
砂糖 20g 無鹽牛油 30g (切細粒)
肉桂粉 1/2 tsp
檸檬汁 2tsp

做法

1) 將蘋果的砂糖及牛油放入煲中用小火煮溶

2) 蘋果去皮切細粒, 放入煲中加入檸檬汁煮至軟身IMG_3266

3) 加入肉桂粉煮多1分鐘左右熄火IMG_3267

4) 煮好的蘋果放入焗盤內鋪平IMG_3268

5) 之後將金寶的材料內全部放入碗內IMG_3269

6) 用手指快手掐成麵包糠狀IMG_3270

7) 完成後均勻鋪在蘋果上, 放入己預熱200°c 焗爐焗20分鐘~食得!!IMG_3271
