蕃茄小餐包

用新鮮蕃茄代替水份做麵包, 又靚又有益~

材料

高筋麵粉 250g
新鮮蕃茄汁 140g
砂糖 20g
3g
橄欖油 20g
速發酵母 3g

做法

1) 麵團材料混合好, 搓至光滑不黏手及可撐出薄膜, 取出滾圓放入容器內, 蓋上濕布或保鮮紙, 發酵至2倍大(約1小時)- 第1次發酵IMG_3374

2) 完成第1次發酵後的麵團 IMG_3376

3) 取出平均分成8等份(每份約56g)IMG_3377

4) 麵團分好後桿平排氣滾圓放入焗盤內, 蓋上濕布或保鮮紙靜置30分鐘-第2次發酵IMG_3378

5) 之後可按喜好掃上雞蛋(我掃了牛奶但同無掃無分別~)放入己預熱180°c 焗爐焗15分鐘IMG_3379

個包其實無乜蕃茄味, , 當多個途徑比我呢d 唔食蕃茄既人吸收蕃茄營養吧………
