牛油曲奇

簡單易做既牛油曲奇, 用黎做茶點啱哂~

材料

(約30塊)

全蛋 25g
低筋麵粉 125g
黃糖/ 糖霜 50g
1小撮
無鹽牛油 50g

做法

1) 無鹽牛油置室溫軟化後, 用打蛋器拌成忌廉狀 IMG_3397

2) 之後加入糖拌勻IMG_3402

3) 之後分2-3次倒入雞蛋拌勻IMG_3403

4) 篩入低筋麵粉IMG_3404

5) 用刮刀拌成麵團IMG_3406

6) 成團後略壓平, 之後用保鮮紙包好放入雪櫃(不是冰格) 一小時IMG_3410

7) 枱面灑少許麵粉, 之後將麵團輕輕搓軟, 然後桿平至2.5mm左右厚, 用曲奇模壓出曲奇直至粉團用完IMG_3411

8) 放入已預熱170°C 焗爐焗15分鐘IMG_3414

9) 焗好後放到架上放涼IMG_3415
