滑蛋炒蝦仁

簡單又好味的家常小菜~

材料

(2人份)

雞蛋 4隻
半斤
蔥(切粒) 1條
蒜鹽 1茶匙
1湯匙
麻油 1湯匙

做法

1) 蝦去殼及腸洗乾淨, 用廚紙索乾水備用IMG_3477

2) 將雞蛋, 蔥花, 蒜鹽, 麻油倒進碗內混合好IMG_3479

3) 下一湯匙油炒熟蝦仁IMG_3495

4) 轉小火倒入雞蛋輕力拌炒直到呈半固體狀, 然後熄火用餘熱繼續輕力拌炒直到雞蛋熟透IMG_3497

*如用雪藏蝦仁, 可於步驟1索乾水份後加入1茶匙蒜粉(或半茶匙蒜鹽) 及胡椒粉醃15分鐘
