[電飯煲焗蛋糕]綠茶海綿蛋糕

用簡單材料加個有焗蛋糕功能既電飯煲, 成件事就變得好方便!

材料
(16cm蛋糕模)

低筋麵粉 60g
砂糖 50g
雞蛋 2隻(約100g)
無鹽牛油 20g
綠茶粉 10g
糖霜(裝飾用, 可以不落) 少許

做法

1) 隔熱水座溶無鹽牛油備用IMG_3582

2) 雞蛋及糖倒入大碗內略略拌均IMG_3584

3) 大約拌成這樣IMG_3590

4) 然後將碗座在溫水上, 用電動打蛋器打至淡黃色, 提起電動打蛋器時留下痕跡並能維持最少5秒IMG_3597

5) 將綠茶粉加入低筋麵粉拌勻, 然後過篩IMG_3602

6) 順時針方向快手輕力拌勻IMG_3604

7) 加入已溶化無鹽牛油拌勻IMG_3605

8) 倒入飯煲內, 用cake 模式(40分鐘) ok! IMG_3606
