寒天桂花糕

用寒天粉代替魚膠粉, 質地似蒟蒻咁爽爽地都幾得意呀

材料

DSCF0949

原味寒天粉(已有糖) 125g
桂花 5g
600ml

做法

1) 煲滾600ml水後熄火, 加入桂花焗10分鐘DSCF0951-3

2) 加入寒天粉拌勻至完全溶化DSCF0952-2

3) 倒入容器內放涼, 寒天於室溫下都會凝固DSCF0954

4) 放涼後半凝固狀態時, 輕力拌勻防止桂花只沉在底部, 然後鋪上保鮮紙放入雪櫃雪至凝固DSCF0956

因為我買果隻寒天粉已經有糖, 所以我唔駛額外再加糖, 如果買左無糖既就梗係要按個人口味加返d 啦~
