香菇調味粉

純天然自家制味精, 醃肉炒菜都啱用

材料

乾冬菇 50g
昆布 20g
蝦米 30g
冰糖 10g

做法

1) 材料(除冰糖外) 用水沖洗乾淨, 不要浸

2) 之後用廚房紙充分索乾水份, 鋪平放入100°c 焗爐20分鐘烘乾p1850331

3) 烘乾後香冬菇及昆布可以輕易用手捏碎, 如果未完全乾可以放回焗爐再用100°c 焗5分鐘直至完全乾透p1850334

4) 放涼後全部材料放入機器磨成粉末p1850335

5) 之後過篩入樽, 保持乾爽可存放2-3個月p1850336
