薑餅人

年年聖誕都想整既薑餅人, 今年終於的起心肝整到喇~祝各位聖誕快樂!

材料
(份量約可做50個大大小小薑餅人)

低筋麵粉 250g
黑糖 70g
楓糖漿 70g
無鹽牛油 65g
薑粉 4g
肉桂粉 3g
豆蔻粉 1g
梳打粉 1g
雞蛋 1隻

做法

1) 無鹽牛油室溫置軟化後加入黑糖img_3958

2) 用打蛋器拌勻至忌廉狀img_3959

3) 加入雞蛋拌勻img_3960

4) 加入楓糖漿拌勻img_3961

5) 粉類全部均合好然後過篩加入, (記住換刮刀)再拌成粉團img_3963

6) 略略按扁然後用保鮮包好, 放入冰格雪1小時以上img_3965

7) 之後取出桿平至5mm 厚, 用曲奇模印出薑餅人img_3967

8) 放入己預熱180°c 焗爐焗15分鐘img_3969

9) 焗好後放涼就可以畫返個樣比薑餅人喇~(我因為懶, 買現成朱古力筆代替傳統蛋白霜~)img_3974
