多士蛋撻

我懶起上黎連我自己都驚呀!當你口痕想食蛋撻, 又唔想落街買又唔願搓曲奇皮, 只要有幾塊方包就可以解決到喇!雖然無好香既牛油皮味, 但係有好香好脆既多士喎!

材料

IMGP4120

方包 4片
牛奶 200ml
雞蛋 2隻
糖粉 40g

做法

1) 將糖粉加入牛奶內拌勻IMGP4122

2) 雞蛋用另一個碗打勻IMGP4123

3) 雞蛋打勻後倒入牛奶中IMGP4125

4) 將牛奶蛋液過篩IMGP4128

5) 將方包桿扁, 然後切出比撻模大少少的大小, 放入模內IMGP4130

6) 剩低唔夠大的我拼埋一齊, 再桿平照用IMGP4131

7) 將蛋液倒至7成滿, 放入已預熱220°C 焗爐焗15分鐘IMGP4133
