少少醉雞翼

唔鍾意醉雞太醉既朋友揮手~ 呢個雞翼真心易整, 鍾意幾重酒味完全由你自己話事

材料 醉雞汁
雞中翼 15隻 花雕紹興酒 200ml
蔥 2棵 魚露 3湯匙
薑 4片 糖 1湯匙
冰水 1大碗 水 100ml

做法

1) 雞翼解凍之後沖洗乾淨, 放入薑蔥加水蓋過雞翼面煮至熟透IMG_4198

2) 雞翼煮熟後撈起, 放入冰水中浸10分鐘令雞皮爽口彈牙IMG_4201

3) 調教醉雞汁, 如果唔夠咸就加D魚露, 要多D 酒味就加酒, 試味到滿意為止IMG_4202

4) 撈起浸到冰凍的雞翼後, 淋上醉雞汁蓋過面, 放入雪櫃雪過夜, 食得!!IMG_4203
