超簡易芒果布甸

超簡單方便連爐都唔駛開就整到喇~夏日炎炎嘆返個消下暑喇喂!
材料

(份量: 4小杯)1DSCF2139

滾水 225ml
芒果啫喱粉 1盒
淡奶 1小罐(150g)
芒果 2個

做法

1) 芒果啫喱粉加入滾水中攪拌到完全溶化後攤凍備用, 等攤凍期間將芒果切粒2DSCF2144

2) 啫喱水攤凍後加入淡奶, 充份攪拌到完全融合為止3DSCF2145

3) 芒果粒先放入杯中4DSCF2146

4) 加入布甸液倒至半杯滿, 放入雪櫃最少30分鐘等凝固5DSCF2151

5) 之後再倒入餘下布甸液, 目的係唔想芒果粒集中浮哂係面, 再雪到完全凝固就食得架喇~DSCF2155
