伯爵茶曲奇

下午茶時間到~!充滿香濃紅茶及牛油香味, 食完一塊又一塊

材料

伯爵茶包 3個
無鹽牛油 120g
糖霜 80g
蛋黃 1個
低筋麵粉 180g
杏仁粉 50g

做法

1) 將茶包剪開倒出茶葉備用IMG_4261

2) 無鹽牛油置室溫軟化後, 加入糖霜拌成忌廉狀IMG_4267

3) 加入蛋黃拌勻IMG_4270

4) 加入伯爵茶葉拌勻IMG_4271

5) 篩入低筋麵粉及杏仁粉, 攪拌成粉團IMG_4272

6) 之後搓成圓條, 用保鮮紙包好放入雪櫃(不是冰格) 一小時以上IMG_4273

7) 取出切成1 cm 厚IMG_4276

8) 放入己預熱180°C 焗爐焗15分鐘IMG_4277
