粟米斑塊

去親大排檔都一定會叫既小菜, 其實我鍾意食佢D 汁多過D 魚囉~

材料

石斑塊 一份
雞蛋 2隻
忌廉粟米蓉 1盒
粟粉 3湯匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
半茶匙
水/ 清雞湯 100ml

做法

1) 石斑塊洗乾淨後用廚房紙索乾水份, 之後灑上鹽及胡椒粉IMG_4379

2) 撈勻醃15分鐘IMG_4380

3) 於小碟打散一隻雞蛋後, 將醃好的石斑塊放入沾上蛋液IMG_0589

4) 然後撲上生粉IMG_0590

5) 薄薄地得架喇IMG_0591

6) 放入鑊內半煎炸直到石斑塊熟透 (如不嫌麻煩用油炸當然更香口啦~)IMG_0593

7) 煎/ 炸到金黃色後放上廚房紙上吸去多餘油份IMG_0595

8) 倒入忌廉粟米蓉及水(我落左大約100ml水) 煮滾後, 可按個人口味調味, 如果用清雞湯就唔駛啦~IMG_0596

9) 轉小火後 將1隻蛋連同步驟3 用剩的雞蛋加入, 輕力拌成蛋花後淋上石斑塊就食得喇IMG_0597
