鮮茄芝士雞肉焗薯

焗薯夠哂淋, 加埋新鮮車厘茄及雞柳芝士做饀, 加幾滴tabasco調味已經好好味~
材料

(一人份)

焗薯 1個
車厘茄 5粒
洋蔥 1/8個
雞柳 1條
芝士 1片

做法

1) 薯仔洗乾淨後, 放入煲內用清水烚30分鐘IMG_4446

2) 洋蔥,車厘茄及雞柳切碎IMG_4451

3) 用1茶匙油炒香洋蔥IMG_4452

4) 加入雞柳略略炒熟IMG_4453

5) 加入車厘茄炒至軟身及收汁, 好似醬咁就OKIMG_4454

6) 薯仔烚好後用鍚紙包好, 中間切開一刀IMG_4455

7) 釀入饀料後鋪上芝士, 放入焗爐焗至芝士溶化就得喇~IMG_4459
