蕃茄磨菇蝦PIZZA

減肥其實都可以食PIZZA 既, 用新鮮蕃茄洋蔥同磨菇煮成既醬代替茄膏更健康!
材料

IMG_1102

pita bread 1塊
中蝦 4隻
蒜蓉 1瓣
1茶匙
洋蔥 1/4 個
磨菇 2粒
小蕃茄 1個
低脂芝士 1片
茄汁 1湯匙

做法

1) 蝦洗乾淨及挑腸後用廚紙索乾水份, 用少量鹽及黑椒醃15分鐘IMG_1103

2) 用叉在pita bread 上插滿洞, 防止焗時拱起IMG_1104

3) 洋蔥, 蕃茄, 磨菇切好備用IMG_1105

4) 用1茶匙油爆香蒜蓉IMG_1106

5) 加入洋蔥炒香IMG_1107

6) 加入蕃茄及磨菇炒至軟身後, 蓋上煲蓋用最細火煮10分鐘IMG_1108

7) 加入茄汁調味IMG_1113

8) 將茄醬平均搽上pita bread 後, 放上蝦鋪好IMG_1116

9) 鋪上芝士後, 放入已預熱250°c 焗爐焗10分鐘, 食得!!IMG_1121
