三色椒炒牛柳絲意粉

減緊肥都可以食既炒意粉!只係用1茶匙油就炒到喇~

(一人份)

材料 牛肉醃料
牛柳 80g 生粉 1茶匙
青椒 半個 減鹽豉油 1茶匙
紅椒 半個 黑椒 1茶匙
黃椒 半個 糖 1/3 茶匙
洋蔥 1/4個 鹽 1/3 茶匙
蒜頭 1瓣 麻油 1/3 茶匙
意粉 60g
油 1茶匙

做法

1) 牛柳洗乾淨後用廚房紙索乾水份後切成幼絲, 用醃料醃20分鐘IMG_1213

2) 三色椒及洋蔥切絲, 蒜頭剁成蓉IMG_1217

3) 意粉跟包裝指示減1分鐘烚好, 盛起備用IMG_1221

4) 用1茶匙油爆香蒜蓉及洋蔥IMG_1227

5) 下牛柳絲炒至半熟IMG_1230

6) 加入三色椒快炒IMG_1233

7) 意粉回鑊炒均, 食得!IMG_1234
