蛋腸粉

自從跟營養師減肥之後都無食過腸粉, 因為係街買既腸粉多數都會為左避免痴埋一堆而落多左油,而且仲有好多豉油同醬呢~既然因為油太多而唔可以食的話, 咁自己整唔落咁多油咪解決囉?

材料

(一人份)

粘米粉 50g
生粉 8g
雞蛋 1隻
蔥花 適量
蝦米 (可以不加) 適量
150ml
1茶匙

做法

1) 蝦米浸軟切粒, 雞蛋打散後加入蔥花

2) 粘米粉及生粉混合一起, 再加水拌勻IMG_4222

3) 盤上掃油後, 先加步驟2 的粉漿再加蛋液及蝦米 (一次大約1大湯匙左右, 唔好太多)IMG_4223

4) 左右輕輕搖晃至粉漿均勻地鋪滿蒸盤, 放入已水滾的鑊內用大火蒸1分30秒-2分鐘IMG_4224

5) 之後用膠刮輕力卷起, 食得!IMG_4228
