芝士肉丸

新鮮肉+parsley 整成既肉丸好好味!!

材料

(份量16粒)

豬梅頭瘦肉 約300g
牛𦟌/牛腱 約200g
新鮮parsley (香芹) 適量
雞蛋 1隻
洋蔥 1/4個
蒜頭 1瓣
脱脂芝士 1塊
麵包糠 15g
胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
辣椒粉 1/2 茶匙
1/4 茶匙

做法

1) 將所有材料(除調味料:胡椒粉, 辣椒粉, 鹽外) 放入攪拌機內拌勻IMG_2472

2) 加入調味料:胡椒粉, 辣椒粉, 鹽, 再拌勻IMG_2474

3) 用匙更取出適量大小, 中間放脫脂芝士再搓成丸狀, 表面噴少許油後放入焗爐用180°C 焗18分鐘, 再反面用230°C焗多5分鐘, 食得!IMG_2475
