芝士麻糬波波

不是減肥食譜!不是減肥食譜!不是減肥食譜!
自從試過自己整之後, 好少會幫襯麵包鋪買呢d 幾蚊粒既麻糬波波了~
今次焗燶左少少, 外皮厚左DD, 不過都係好香好好味架

材料

糯米粉 100g
木薯粉 30g
梳打粉 1茶匙(約3g)
芝士碎 80g
無鹽牛油 20g
1湯匙(約15g)
牛奶 70g
雞蛋 1隻

做法

1) 預備1個大碗將粉類(糯米粉, 木薯粉, 梳打粉) 過篩, 之後加入芝士碎拌勻備用IMG_3217

2) 隔水將無鹽牛油座溶IMG_3215

3) 加糖及牛奶拌勻至溶化IMG_3216

4) 將3)及雞蛋倒入大碗粉類內IMG_3218

5) 拌勻成無粉粒的麵團IMG_3219

6) 用手搓成粒狀後, 放入己預熱170°C 焗爐內焗18分鐘, 食得!IMG_3220

PS: 我用180°C 焗左18分鐘, 覺得有點燶及外皮有D厚同硬, 下次再整我會較170°C 試下
